We built Retia around "no surprise bills" — and that extends to leaving. Cancelling is one click. Here's exactly how refunds work.
If Retia isn't earning its place, you shouldn't have to fight to leave.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, or through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. When you cancel, you keep your paid (Pro) access until the end of the current billing period — we don't cut you off mid-cycle. After that, your workspace simply moves to the Free plan. Your vault and your data stay with you; they just operate within Free-plan limits.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. We offer a 14-day refund on the first payment of a new subscription if Retia isn't right for you — no interrogation, just email us. Because you can cancel before each renewal to avoid being charged, renewal payments after the first period are generally non-refundable. Nothing here overrides any mandatory refund right you have as a consumer (see below).
If you're a consumer in Türkiye or the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal and refund under applicable consumer protection law. Those rights apply in full and are not limited by this policy. Where the law gives you more than what's written here, the law wins.
Optional one-time AI top-up packs are consumable: once the quota in a pack has been used, that portion isn't refundable. An unused top-up can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
The Free plan is free forever — there's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. It's a real product, not a timed trial.
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or see anything that doesn't look right, contact [email protected] and we'll sort it out promptly. No surprise bills means we fix the surprises, too.
